This cozy house in Cala Figuera with terrace can comfortably accommodate 7 people.
The lively colour of the building together with the green garden make that the terrace turns into a wonderful and relaxing place where you can sit all together and have a tea or coffee while chatting for a while. Book fans will also find their corner to read in peace while listening the song of the birds. There are two sun loungers for sunbathing, although with the beach just 3 km away, you will re-think for sure where you have to enjoy the sun beams. The built-in barbecue is perfect for great evening outdoors.

The 2 storey house has 5 bedrooms. On the ground floor you have 3 bedrooms with a single bed in each and one double bed bedroom. Upstairs, there is the 5th bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathtub bathroom and exit to a little furnished terrace. A cot and a high chair are available fot our little guests. There are two more shower bathrooms on the ground floor. And an AC unit will cool down spaces as it is placed at the corridor.

The living-dining room invites to have a little nap or watch TV. The independent kitchen, funny and with ceramic hob, is equipped with all utensils to cook your best dishes. The house is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board as well as 5 radiators in case you need them.

Cala Figuera is set in the south-east of Mallorca and it is a charming fishing village. If you fancy walking, you can go along the coast towards Cala Santanyí, a nice sand beach. Southwards are Cala S'Almonia and Caló des Moro, two amazing bays. The natural park of Mondragó comprises a Mediterranean forest and two sand beaches. In Santanyí you will find supermarkets and everything else you may need as a self caterer. On Saturday and Wednesday takes place the market where to buy fresh fruits and vegetables as well as clothes and handcrafts.
