Welcome to this beautiful house near the sea, in Oliva. It has capacity for 6 persons.
The exterior area is very cosy. It features a completely furnished terrace with a table and chairs to have breakfast early in the morning, enjoying the breeze. By the terrace you find a built-in barbecue to cook delicious meats and vegetables and taste under the porch where the summer hot is more bearable. You have an exterior shower to cool down and wash off the sand of the beach, which is very near.
The 117 m2 house has two floors. It has a living-dining room when you enter which leads to the kitchen, all in the same room and air-conditioned. Here, you will find a great sofa, a TV set, and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen, with a gas stove, has everything you need to cook without problem like microwave and Italian coffee maker. There is a washer, an iron and an ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms in total. The first one is on the ground floor and it presents two twin beds and a closet. The other three bedrooms are upstairs. One has two twin beds and the other two bedrooms come with a single bed each. These three bedrooms have no closet, although you will find one wardrobe, as well as air-conditioning at the corridor. A cot and a high chair are also available. There are a bathroom and a toilet for the whole accommodation. The bathroom is exterior, with shower and located at the porch. The toilet is on the 1st floor and it only counts with a WC.
The beautiful, sandy, relatively quiet beach of Oliva invites for a relaxing day in the sun or for swimming or other aquatic activities, as sky surf. The equestrian center of Oliva Nova is only 2 minutes away. There, you can take riding lessons or enjoy watching a horse riding tournament. On the well-kept golf course Oliva Nova you can practice the perfect tee-off. Nearby, you will surely enjoy visiting the Natural Park Montgó, with its salt water source with beneficial properties for the skin: the perfect place if you like nature, hiking or climbing. We recommend you to visit the medieval town centre of Oliva, the Moorish neighbourhood, its traditional festivities, but specially the traditional street market on Thursdays.

2 guests reviewed this property. La ubicacion estaba muy cerquita de la playa. La casa estaba muy bien, cocina nueva, lavadora nueva, tabla de planchar y pancha nueva. La ducha que habia en el patio para quitarte la arena de la playa no funcionaba, no conseguimos girar la llave y solo caia unas gotitas. Lo peor de la casa es que el water de arriba, olia muy mal, la puerta tenia impregnado olor a sobaco y ni los ambientadores que pusimos lo quitaron, con lo que no lo utilizamos. Si arreglaran el water de arriba, la ducha del patio y en una de las habitaciones pusieran una cama de matrimonio, se la recomendaria a mis amigos para qe la puedan disfrutar el año que viene, o tal vez nosotros otra vez. Nos encanto el autocine de verano que estaba en el vergel.
