This nice little house with sea view at Portopetro, welcomes 2-4 people.
Welcome to this lovely house where the outdoors are already fantastic, from there you can stare at the lovely views to the sea and the village.
Swim and refresh yourself at the shared chlorine swimming pool,with a 7m x 3 m dimensions and a depth ranging from 1m to 1.70m. There are 4 deck chairs, our favourite guests place for sunbathing. The house has two chill out terraces, the perfect place to relax and disconnect from routine. It also has a third furnished terrace.

The 94m2, one-storey house has a room with two single beds. If you travel with a baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. Also, there's a sofa bed, which you will find in the living room. This nice house has a bathroom en suite with a shower. The independent kitchen has all necessary amenities for cooking. Get comfy at the living room watching satellite television or simply having a rest. The living room area is equipped with a table and 4 chairs and two fans. The laundry room is shared and has a washing machine, a hoover, an iron and iron board.

Portopetro is a coast village in Santanyí. It has a wide range of sand beaches and small bays, all very beautiful and close. You can get to Cala Mondragó and s'Amarador, an amazing unspoilt beach and natural Parque de Mondragó treasure, in only 3 minutes drive. In Portopetro you will find a fishing port that still preserves the traditional marine atmosphere from this side of the island. Still you will see "llaüts" and "barques de bou" (typical little boats) going every morning. Also, its known as a gastronomic temple, with a wide range of restaurants that offer the best products.

Five minutes by car take you to Santanyí village. You can't miss the opportunity to visit the lively market, every Wednesday and Saturday morning, where you will find a variety of artisan stands. At Portopetro, there are boats that offer trips around the coast, another way to discover the island! If you like sports,the area is ideal: for golf lovers, Golf Vall d"Or is very close and for cycling lovers it has a lot of roads and secondary highways that go through the fields for you to enjoy the views and the peace of the area.

In five minutes by car you can find Cala d'Or, a very tourist place from the area, where you will find a good nightlife, lot of pubs and restaurants to enjoy your holidays to the maximum.

Note: This property renting will be done based on the Spanish legislation, specifically the 29/1994 Law, from 24th Novermber, urban rentals. So you will get the property for your season use. In this contract there is not any type of touristic service for the tenant, consisting only at the cession of use and benefit of the property.

Due to the proximity of the road to the property, some cars noise can be heard.
Pets are not welcome.
Events celebrations are not allowed at this property.
