Welcome to this lovely apartment for 6 - 7 people with wonderful views in front of the port of Denia
The balcony, with incomparable views over the port and the mountains, is the best place in the house. Enjoy the sea breeze while having a coffee or reading a book. The beach is only 500 metros away and there you will enjoy the sun and the water.

The apartment has been restored with a fresh and beach style. It combines modern and rustic elements which highlight its personality. The living-dining room is air-conditioned and it has an amazing panoramic thanks to the great windows. Imagine yourself on the sofa watching a DVD film or listening to music in the CD player while admiring the boats. The kitchen presents an induction top and it is very practical, with lots of cabinets and fully equipped. There is also an independent laundry room- There are 4 bedrooms with TV set, DVD and closet. Three of them are air-conditioned. One has a double bed, another presents two twin beds, the third one has a single bed and a sofa bed, and the last one offers a single bed. There are a toilet and a shower bathroom where you can relax after a day full of activities. There are 4 radiators for the coldest days that complete the equipment.

In less than 10 minutes you will arrive to the beach of Les Marines, and to the city centre in less than 5 minutes. Here you will find all kinds of shops. Some steps away you will find the promenade, full of bars and restaurants where you will find a variety of dishes. The castle of Denia is also a must visit.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 26 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
