Welcome to this lovely stone house in the charming town of Valldemossa, right in the Tramuntana mountain range. It has capacity for 6 people.
This is a unique and privileged house for those whole love the mountains, the charming villages and the sea, which is only 7 km away. At the back of the house you will find a beautiful and wild garden where you can enjoy a good reading or sunbathe on one of the two sun loungers. If you prefer the shade you can stay beneath the tree and enjoy the nice scent of the aromatic plants. The terrace is covered by vines and next to it you will find the porch with the barbecue where you can cook delicious meals. The property is fenced and since the house is within the village, there are neighbours next to.
The two-storey house has a traditional style. The living-dining room is an example of the Mallorcan style and it offers a little TV with satellite channels as well as a wood stove that you can use when it is cold. The kitchen is well equipped including a gas stove, oven and utensils to cook. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms in the house, one with a shower on the ground floor and the other with a tub which is located upstairs. Regarding the bedrooms, there are three in total, all of them with a closet. There is one on the main floor and it offers twin beds. The other two are on the top floor, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. In addition, both of them offer a fan an exit to a wonderful balcony. In one of them we can place a cot and we can prepare also a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.
The house is located in a residential area about 500 metres away from the town square of Valldemossa, a charming village in the Tramuntana mountain range. You can practice hiking and cycling since it offers different roots to the nearby villages throughout the mountains. The city of Palma is 15 km away so you can drive there for a worth visit. The villages around also are wonderful like Banyalbufar, Deià, Esporles and Galilea. The village offers all basic services for an independent stay: supermarkets, tapas bars, restaurants and much more. The nearest beach is a semicircular little cove, with pebbles, gravel and rests of marine vegetation 7 km away in Port the Valldemossa but you also can head to Puerto de Soller or Cala major, near Palma, both of them sandy beaches.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. TIPS & PRECAUTIONS
- Please do not turn on all electrical appliances at the same time in order to overcharge electric network.
- Please, remember to turn off the lights when leaving the house.
- Please use the drying rack in order to hang up the towels and do not hang up them over the balcony railing.
- Please do not deposit hot pans or pots on any place other than the cooktop.- Do not leave food outside cabinets or refrigerators in order to avoid insects inside the house.
- Do NOT eat outside cabinets or refrigerators to avoid attracting insects inside.
- Please, do not smoke inside the accommodation.
