This impressive two-storey village house offers a wonderful private corner in its terrace. In the purest chill-out style, it becomes a place of rest for our guests. It invites you to enjoy a calm reading or a glass of wine at night, when the lighting makes this space shine even more.

The elegant interior of the accommodation features wide, modern and unreacheable stays. On the ground floor, there is an enormous kitchen-living-dining room. The living room is ideal for getting relaxed watching satellite TV. Then, you can access to the dining area and to the dreamy kitchen, which is equipped with ceramic cooktop. The laundry provides our guests with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. On the 1st floor, there are 3 dormitories with double bed as well as wardrobe. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Likewise, there are another bathroom with both shower and bathtub on the same floor, as well as a toilet on the ground floor. Moreover, the house is equipped with ducted air conditioning and oil central heating.

Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is a beautiful village that preserves its people, its customs and traditions, which is ideal to know the authentic Mallorca. On foot you can access to all the necessary basic services such as supermarket, bars, restaurants, etc. The nearest beach is Cala Bona, at 12.8 km, and the closest golf course is at only 13.2 km.
