Welcome! This beautiful and recently decorated chalet in Puerto de Alcúdia with capacity for 8 people will make your holiday an unforgettable experience!
It is a one storey house just 500 meters away from the beach. It’s 116 m2 and it has 3 double rooms and 1 quadruple room. There are two rooms with double bed, one with two single beds and another one with a double bed. All rooms have a built-in closet and windows with views to the garden. The house has two fully furnished bathrooms with bathtub. There is no air conditioning in the rooms but we can provide you with fans if you request them.

You can enjoy a nice breakfast on the 80 m2 terrace, furnished with table and chairs for 8 people. Moreover, there is a chill out area with sofas and sun beds. You can as well have a tempting barbecue or dinners during warm summer nights.
The living room, with air conditioning, has two comfortable sofas and two armchairs where you will be able to rest, surf the Internet (WIFI) or watch satellite TV. The dining area has a table and chairs for 10 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need: microwave, blender, dish washer, electrical oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge with freezer and a lot more. Of course you will find as well a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The whole estate with the house included is 357 m2 approximately. If you have cars you will be able to park on the street without any cost. The house is located in a urbanization so you will have direct neighbors.

At the house you will find puzzles, chess and other games for children so you can entertain them during summer evenings. There is a strongbox in one of the rooms’ closet as well.

The location of the house is perfect because everything you might need is very close. Nearby you will find a petrol station, restaurants and bus stop. The frequency of the bus is every 15 minutes towards Alcudia, Puerto de Alcudia, Puerto de Pollença and other directions as Can Picafort. The sandy beach it’s just 100 meters from the house. The beach is perfect to go with babies and children due to its shallow waters, which allow the children to swim and play safely with the waves.
In Puerto de Alcudia you will find lots of restaurants with any kind of food: fresh fish, good meat, Italian food, tapas or traditional Majorcan food. It’s full of bars as well, where you can have snacks as sandwiches, burgers or salads. You will love to visit the old town of Alcudia with its narrow cobblestone streets, the church and the old wall. In Alcudia you will find lovely bars to stop for a drink. There is a local market in Alcudia on Thursdays and Sundays and the center of town becomes crowded and lively. Don’t forget to visit the Roman ruins where you will be able to see a beautiful amphitheatre.
It’s very easy to drive to other beaches that are worth to discover as Playas de Muro, Formentor, Cala Sant Vicenç, Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollença. We as well recommend visiting the town of Pollença and climb the 100 steps to El Calvari! You will get incredible views of the bay!
