Welcome to this beautiful three floor duplex. Just at the entrance you will find a garage, with a bathroom, perfect to take a shower after a beach day.

Behind the property, there is a typical majorcan porch with a barbecue, ideal to prepare delicious meals to enjoy with your loved ones. The majorcan stone table and benches and decorative well, makes this space so special. There is also a garden area, where you can relax sunbathing or playing with your kids. You will find another two furnished terraces at the first at second floor, ideal to have a drink while feeling the mediterranean fresh air.

At the first floor, there is a big and comfortable dining-room with satellite TV, air conditioning and access to one of the terraces. It disposes of a nice vitro hub kitchen where you can prepare your favourite dishes.
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another one with two single beds and a bathroom with a bath, are at this floor as well. At the second floor, you will find the other two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other one with a sofa-bed with access to a big lovely terrace,and a bathroom with a bath. All the bedrooms dispose of a wardrobe each. If you are coming with two more guests, we will provide you a double-sofa bed. If you travel with your baby, there are a cot and a high chair at your service. You will find a washing area with a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. There is air conditioning located at the hallway to the bedrooms.

Alcanada is a hollyday place from people of the area, so is quiet although is located only 2km from Puerto de Alcúdia, a very touristic place with everything you might need during your stay like restaurants, supermarkets, shops and public transport. There is a lot of bus stop for you to use and go to different beaches, like the lovelies Playas de Muro or Es Capellans. For golf lovers, you can go to Alcanada Golf, only 800 meters from the house. Don't miss a trip to the idyllic Cap the Formentor and its wonderful place!
