Welcome to this large Mediterranean-style chalet, perfectly located right on the seafront in Alcanada, ideal for 12 guests.
The outdoor areas are one of the property’s main attractions, designed for enjoying the sea from the very start of the day. The house has two porches and a spacious furnished terrace with sun loungers for relaxing in the sunshine, as well as an outdoor dining area that is perfect for breakfast, a barbecue or lingering over meals with the sea breeze in the background. The outdoor shower is very practical after a swim at the beach, located just 50 metres away and with direct access from the house.

The interior is distributed over three floors and offers spacious, bright rooms. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living-dining room with access to the outside. It is equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. The induction kitchen has all the utensils you need to cook your favourite dishes just as you would at home. On this same floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms: one with two single beds and two others with a double bed and access to the terrace. Two bathrooms with showers complete this floor. On the lower floor, there is another living-dining room with a TV and two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair, and you will also have a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is air conditioning throughout the house for greater comfort.

Alcanada is a very peaceful area. On the small island opposite the beach, which can be reached by swimming, there is a lighthouse that gives the beach a special charm. Right next to it is one of the best golf courses, Alcanada Golf Club, and in the residential area you will find a few restaurants and a small supermarket. Just a few minutes’ drive away is Port d’Alcúdia, with a wide range of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and leisure options of all kinds. Take a stroll along the seafront promenade and enjoy a homemade ice cream.

A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
