Welcome to this great apartment for 4 people located within the agrotourism Granja Sa Vinyota, between Inca and Búger.
This cosy agrotourism of 5 apartments boast a beautiful shared exterior area that includes a great chlorine shared pool that sizes 20 x 20 metres and has a water depth ranging from 0.4 to 1.6 metres, an area with sunloungers and a tennis court. You will also find two private terraces in this apartment, one where you can get tanned on the two sunbeds and the other which is perfect for a good reading while enjoying some fresh fruit.
Apartment 2 offers a cosy living-dining kitchen and area. It is equipped with AC and it's perfect to watch TV-sat and cook delicious dishes on the ceramic top. Right here, you have a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two bedrooms with twin beds placed together, AC and an en-suite bathroom with a shower each. A baby cot and a high-chair are available.
This beautiful agrotourism belongs to the municipality of Inca, although located in a rural environment between this city and the town of Búger. This is the nearest town, although Inca is much bigger and livelier. You will find bars, restaurants and supermarket in both. Still, you cannot miss the traditional street market on Thursday morning in Inca. The nearest beach is in Puerto de Alcudia and it is located about 17.9 km away.

TIPS & PRECAUTIONS
- Please do not turn on all electrical appliances at the same time in order to overcharge electric network.
- Please, remember to turn off the lights when leaving the house.
- Please use the drying rack in order to hang up the towels and do not hang up them over the balcony railing.
- Please do not deposit hot pans or pots on any place other than the cooktop.- Do not leave food outside cabinets or refrigerators in order to avoid insects inside the house.
- Do NOT eat outside cabinets or refrigerators to avoid attracting insects inside.
- Please, do not smoke inside the accommodation.
