The top terrace, on the other hand, is perfect to admire the urbanisation and you can distinguish the sea far away.

This one-storey house features a beautiful and modern living-dining room -with two large sofas and satellite TV channels-; a beautiful kitchen with a ceramic hob; a shower bathroom; and two bedrooms with a double bed, a wardrobe and satellite TV each one. Of course, a washing machine, iron and ironing board also are available. The house features ducted air-conditioning all throughout.

The area of Calpe invites to enjoy the water and the wonderful surroundings. We recommend some excursions like, for example, the must visit to the Penyal d'Ifac or the Banys de la Reina. Around the port, you will find a variety of restaurants and bars where you will be delighted with the fresh fish. In the evening the streets are even more lively thanks to the street stands. Regarding beaches and coves, the nearest one is Playa de Calpe, although you will find several more around.
