Beautiful town house in the centre of Playa de Oliva and close to the sea where our 9 guests will really enjoy the authentic Mediterranean summer.
This beautiful house is perfect for a summer vacation in an independent way. There is a great patio where you can enjoy the good Mediterranean weather and also a delicious breakfast before staring the long beach day. There is also an exterior kitchen with a gas stove, a sink, a fridge and a countertop which is really helpful to cook outdoors in good company. The washing machine is also here and an iron and an ironing board can be found at the house. The house is in the centre of the house and it has direct neighbours.

Once inside, you find a recently restored house with all comforts for a perfect stay. The living room comes with a sofa and two armchairs from where you can watch TV and rest. It is open to the dining area and kitchen where we find a table with 6 chairs as well as a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, microwave, oven,... After a long day of sun and beach, our guests can rest in 4 bedrooms, 3 of them on this same floor. Two of them have two twin beds each, and the other presents a double and a single bed. One bedroom comes with a closet and the others with a clothes rack. A shower bathroom completes the ground floor. On the basement we find the last bedroom which features a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair on request. There is a folding bed for the extra guest.

Playa de Oliva is the perfect place for a quiet and family vacation. All services for an independent stay can be found like restaurants, supermarkets, bars and shops. The beach is great with golden fine sand and crystalline waters. It is a large beach, where the dunes are very important as a natural defense of our beaches, a beautiful and fragile living being always moving. You can have a bath in a quiet place known as Fuente Salada. Don't forget to visit the centre of Oliva that preserves medieval elements in its churches, palaces and other buildings. Gastronomy is a point to take into consideration, since Oliva offers not only delicious plates of rice but also other local recipes like les Coques a la Calfó, los Figatells or les Pebreres Farcides.
