This is a lovely duplex for 6 guests in Dénia, with shared pool and garden. Welcome!
This 70 m2 accommodation has 2 bedrooms on the first floor, one with double bed and the other one with 2 twin beds and access to a balcony. There are 2 bathrooms and one toilet. There is A/C on the corridor.

The kitchen and the sitting-dining room with A/C are situated on the ground floor. During the winter, you can relax by the fireplace. The well-equipped, open kitchen has everything you might need for your holidays like a blender, a washing machine or a dishwasher.

The terrace with pool views is a nice place to have a BBQ. In addition, there is another terrace with sun loungers. The 100 m2, shared pool (chlorine) is surrounded by a huge lawn area with fruit trees. The depth of the pool is 1.90 metres, but there is also a shallow pool for the kids. Please keep in mind, that pets are not allowed. You can park for free on the street.

The wonderful beach, restaurants, supermarkets and bars are a 5 minutes’ walk away. Families love the sand beach Les Marines because it is quiet and has clear waters. Here, you can also practice water sports.

The surroundings are beautiful: take a walk along the coastline, walking past the sand beach Marineta Casiana and small, gravel bays until the viewpoint Cabo de San Antonio. You could also visit the castle of Denia or explore the area by bike or hiking.
