This homelike cottage with private pool is located in Búger, in the centre-north of Mallorca and can comfortably accommodate 4 - 6 people.
A round, 5 diameter chlorine pool with a depth of 1.2 m is ideal for a refreshing dip during hot summer days. The poolside terrace with BBQ and two sun loungers is an excellent spot for lazy afternoons. There are several fruit trees and depending on the season, you can pick fresh oranges, figs and pears or harvest ecological vegetables in the garden belonging to the establishment. This charming, one-storey house is independent and has total privacy.

The interiors are composed of a comfortable sitting-dining room with satellite-TV and sofa-bed for two guests, an open, fully-equipped kitchen with gas hob, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bath with bath tub, a shower bath and a laundry with washer, iron and ironing board. If you travel with a baby, we gladly supply a cot and a high chair. Furthermore, there are electric heaters and one fan on request. The owner has paid great attention to the environment and has installed solar cells.

Set in the countryside, in a quiet region between the sea and the mountains, this enchanting home is near the village Búger, 20 kilometres from the coast and close to the Tramuntana Mountains. Búger is a tiny village and in its centre you will find a grocery shop, a bar and a few nice restaurants. A short drive takes you to the city Sa Pobla with supermarkets, restaurants and lots of amenities. Near Campanet, and preferably after rainfalls, you can make a hike to the subterranean springs Ses Fonts Ufanes. Furthermore, Campanet is famous for its caves; an interesting world of stalactites and stalagmites.

The north coast with dreamlike beaches like Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcudia and Puerto de Pollensa is just a 20 minutes' drive away. Especially during the summer, this beaches are visited by many people as they offer lots of services like sun loungers and sun umbrella rental, water sports and restaurants. Furthermore, you can make a boat trip to Cap Formentor or Cap Pinar. Son Serra de Marina and Playa de Muro are quiet, natural beaches. The latter is famous for its fine grained sand and the dunes, while the first mentioned is a mix between rocks and sand.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 20 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
