Welcome to this amazing house located in Capdepera on the seafront. It welcomes 6 people.
The house has a porch and a terrace, both perfectly furnished to enjoy delicious breakfasts and summer suppers with sea views. In fact, it seems as if you could sail on the sea while spending time here. A real relaxation oasis!

It is a single-storey house. The living-dining room, with sea views, is ideal to enjoy relaxing moments watching TV or simply relaxed on the sofa admiring the privileged landscape. The dining table has space for 6 dining guests. The kitchen, which is totally independent and has ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils to cook tasty dishes. There are washing machine, iron and ironing board. Then, the accommodation features three bedrooms, of which two of them have two twin beds and the other one just a double bed. There are two bathrooms with shower at the house, one of those is en-suite. For the youngest guests, we provide you with a cot and a high chair. The house is equipped with central heating for winter months.

The property is located in a very peaceful zone and, at the same time, really close to Cala Ratjada, where you will find all kind of leisure, both daily and nightly. It has all the essential services for an independent stay. You can also visit Capdepera village, where you will find its hill which is fortified with its castle and a beautiful old city. Regarding the beaches, although only 100 meters from the house you have Es Carregador beach, in its nearby there are many other precious coves like Cala Agulla and Son Moll.
