Great village house with a private above ground pool and capacity for 8 people, located in Denia, only 200 metres form the sea.
This fantastic house features a wonderful garden win an above ground pool surrounded by the green lawn and with a playground area for the little ones to play or for the adults to enjoy the sun on one of the 5 sunbeds. The pool sizes 6 x 3 metres and it has a 1.20 metres depth. It is perfect for a refreshing dip just before cooking a barbecue at the porch. You can even collect some lemons for the meats you prepare, depending on the season. There is an exterior toilet and shower to wash off the sand after a long beach day.

The inside is very spacious and beautiful. You will find the living-dining room when you enter. Here you can lay on the sofa to watch a film in the satellite TV or have lunch all together. You can also sit by the warm fireplace on the coldest days. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven and a microwave and it invites to spend time cooking your favourite recipes. There are 4 bedrooms with a closet, a fan and a radiator each one, and a bathtub bathroom. The first bedroom is on the main floor and it has a double bed and room enough for a cot and a high chair. Going upstairs you will find the bathroom and the rest of the bedrooms, one with two twin beds, and two more bedrooms with a double bed each. One of these last has access to the furnished terrace.

This area is very quiet and familiar and it is quite near the beach of Les Marines. This beach stands up for its sand, space and good location. You will find peace and one of the best views of the Castle of Denia in this beach, as well as bars and restaurants of all kinds in the surroundings in order to to get one's strength back. You will find wonderful landscapes in the surroundings, where the green tones highlight as well as the sea blue and the crystalline water of the coast.

The pool is available from March to October
