This beautiful countryside house with communal swimming pool located in Campos, just a few minutes from es Trenc beach, welcomes 4 people.
Welcome to this beautiful house with a communal 7m x 4m swimming pool, with a depth ranging that goes from 1.2m and 1.6m and with children protection. You can enjoy the majorcan sun and relax at one of the hammocks. There is also a communal furnished terrace and a barbecue area. The villa disposed of a lot of space where you can take nice walks.
You will see as well different animals that live there as hens and her chicks, and cats and kittens. The outdoors are shared with another more neighbor and if you are two families, you could rent both houses if available. The house disposes of a private terrace where you can have a nice drink in the afternoon.

This one floor lovely house has a rustic kitchen- dining room with satellite TV, a gas kitchen, where you can find all the necessary amenities to prepare your favorite meals. It disposes of two bedrooms with two single comfortable beds, a bathroom en suite with a shower and a fan each. if you come with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair, and under request we can provide more. The communal washing room is communal and has a washing machine, an iron and an iron board.

This countryside house is located only a few kilometers from the idylic Es Trenc and Ses Covetes sand beaches. This beaches are natural, surrounded by sand dunes and crystalline water. Sometimes, in the summer, you can enjoy live music too while having a drink at the beach bar.

At Campos you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and everything you might need in your stay. The fishing village Colonia de Sant Jordi, surrounded by wonderful beaches, has a nice port. From there you can go for a boat trip to the fantastic Cabrera island and enjoy the different lizard species and other animals.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
