Intimate house for 6-8 persons, with mountain view and private pool, in Port d'Alcúdia, at 2 km from the beach.
The garden offers enough space for the children to run around and play. The chlorine pool measures 7m x 3.9m, with a depth of 1.3m, ideal to freshen up on a warm summer day. If, at any time, you feel more like staying at home, rather than going to the beach, you have 4 sun loungers on your disposal, to relax and get a nice, Mediterranean sun tan. If you fancy some open-air cooking, on the mobile barbecue you can prepare a wonderful meal. Both the porch and terrace with views on the pool are great for a family get-together. The terrain is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

The tasteful, modern living- and dining room features a sofa, air conditioning, satellite TV and a dining table. From the sofa you have view on the garden and the pool, as well as on the Puig the Sant Martí hilltop. The kitchen is half open to the dining room and counts with a vitro hob and all other necessary utensils for some good cooking during your stay. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

All three bedrooms count with air conditioning. Two of them have two individual beds and a wardrobe, while the third bedroom counts with a double bed. On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair. There are two bathrooms with a shower. Two more people can sleep on the double sofa bed in the living area.

The surrounding area is relatively quiet, though close to the Alcúdia and the beach of Port d'Alcúdia. It is a great area for practicing different kinds of sports, as hiking and cycling (for example to Puig de Sant Martí, Sa Talaia d'Alcúdia or Coll Baix), as well as rock climbing or surfing. The old town of Alcúdia is famous for its' medieval city walls and the Sunday- and Tuesday market. The nearby beaches on this side of the island have fine, white sand and a moderate swell, for example Port d'Alcúdia, Playa de Muro, Port de Pollença or Playa de Formentor.
