The interior of this two-storey house is decorated in an elegant way with ancient, well-kept furniture. There's a big living room with DVD and CD-player as well as a TV with satellite channels. The dining room invites eight people to enjoy great meals. The spacious kitchen is well equipped, including a gas stove, oven, kitchen utensils and dishwasher. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board can be found on the terrace. There's one bath with bathtub and bidet on the ground floor.
On the first floor, there are three air conditioned bedrooms (two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom). Two of them have access to a balcony. The bathroom of the upper floor counts with a bathtub and a bidet. There are seven fans as well as one cot and one high chair in the house.
Puerto de Alcúdia stands out for its beautiful fine grained sand beach and the big leisure offer. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pubs are situated in the center. Take a nice walk on the sea promenade, try some ice cream or maybe you fancy a boat trip to Cap Formentor or Cap Pinar.

TIPS & PRECAUTIONS
