Welcome to this beautiful duplex near the sea located in Sa Font de sa Cala, Capdepera. It sleeps up to 6+2 people.

It has a large unfurnished terrace, a fully equipped porch with great sea views, and a mobile barbecue for foodies.

This 170 m2 duplex, distributed over two floors, has three bedrooms on the level -1, two of them double and one with three single beds and one extra bed if necessary, so 4 people can sleep there. Instead of 4 beds, we could prepare 2 bunk beds (on request). Two cots and high chairs are available. There are two bathrooms that serve the entire house, one on the -1 floor with bath, and one on the ground floor with shower.

The living room is cozy and bright and has two sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV, a dining table with chairs, and magnificent views. The separate kitchen, with glass-ceramic hob, is fully equipped. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Sa Font de sa Cala is a coastal village that belongs to Capdepera. It is a very beautiful area, where you can find a wide variety of water sports, such as diving (diving center), wind surfing, ski surfing. In the area you will find all possible amenities.

Just a 10-minute drive, you will reach Capdepera, an emblematic village with medieval charm and very beautiful streets. In the area you can visit the castle and the lighthouse of Capdepera, among other places. This village is also famous for holding one of the best fairs on the island, the medieval fair. It takes place in May, around and inside the ancient walls of the castle of the village, which has stunning sea views, and offers local products, and different tasting menus of the island. Around the area you will find different coves with crystal clear waters such as Cala Agulla, Cala Mesquida, Cala Rajada, etc.
