This home offers accommodation on two floors and 140m2, featuring four bedrooms with closet and A/C. Two can be found on the ground floor, one with two twin beds and one with a double bed, while the remaining two are on the first floor, both with two singe beds. There's one bathroom per floor, both with bathtub. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request.

The porch gives access to a modern sitting-dining room with A/C, TV-SAT and cozy sofa. If you like cooking, you will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with gas hob. Ideal for long stays there's a laundry, featuring a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

If you like the beach and the sea, you may adore Puerto de Alcúdia as it has a fine grained sand beach and crystal clear waters. There's a sea promenade for long strolls, shopping or having a snack in one of the restaurants. Alcudia old town can be reached by car or by bus and it is famous for the historic town wall from 1362. The Roman City, dated back to 123 BC, comprise interesting remains. Apart of Puerto de Alcudia Beach you can explore Playa de Muro, Puerto de Pollensa, Can Picafort or Cala Sant Vicente.
