It is a 3-storey house and it has 160 m2. It has 3 bedrooms and it is ideal for families with children or groups of friends. There is one room with a double bed, while the others have 2 single beds. There is a fully furnished bathroom with a big bathtub.
The living is a room that conserves the traditional high ceilings of the houses in Ciutadella, which gives a unique style to the house. It is the perfect place to relax reading a book, watching TV or just having a little nap. It has air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you might need during your holiday: toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge and a lot more. The kitchen has access to a little terrace here you can have breakfast while reading the newspaper. Of course there is washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The house is located in the old city of Ciutadella, so it is close to everything you might need during your holiday. The area is lovely and it is near the harbour. We recommend s stroll through Carrer Marina or Passeig Moll, where you can stop to a little terrace for dinner or just for a cocktail. The area of the harbour it is a must if you visit Menorca.
