This cozy, renovated house has been build at the beginnings of the 20th Century. The natural garden comprises a picnic table and is surrounded by nature. The plot is fenced and there are some neighbors around.

Indoors, this two-storey house offers accommodation on 110m2. The simply furnished but comfortable living room is nice for a lazy afternoon on the sofa, maybe while watching a film on the satellite TV. There's a wood-burning oven for colder nights. The Majorcan styled kitchen with dining area is fitted with some cooking utensils and a gas stove. A laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A shower bath and two bedrooms (one with double bed and the second with twin beds) with wardrobe are on the ground floor. The bathroom is accessible through four stairs. The third bedroom is located on the first floor and counts with a double bed and a wardrobe. Furthermore, there's a toilet on the upper floor. Two fans and two electric radiators complete the equipment.

Forming part of the municipality of Palma, Establiments is a quiet town in the Tramuntana. It is just perfect for hiking, cycling and long strolls in the nature. You could visit the charming villages of Puigpunyent, Galilea or Esporles. Families may enjoy the outdoor entertainment park of Reserva del Puig de Galatzó where you could also see some animal shows. The next sand beach is 8 km away, in Palma. A car is necessary. Supermarkets, restaurants and everything else you may need are in Establiments or Palma de Mallorca.
