Marvellous rustic house in Selva, at the foot of mountain and with an above ground pool, the perfect place to rest during your vacation. It welcomes 6 guests.
In the middle of the country side and in a privileged location you can take a refreshing dip while enjoying the surrounding greenery and the sing of the birds. The chlorine above ground pool sizes 9 x 4.8 metres and has a 1.3 metres depth. If you feel like sunbathing you can do so on one of the sunbeds around or simple relax reading a book under the olive trees. The terrace has wonderful views to the city of Inca, the olive trees, the woods and the countryside. The property has several places to sit and have a drink while sunset or enjoy a wonderful barbecue with your loved ones. There is a exterior shower bathroom. The property is fenced and there is a second inhabited accommodation in it although the exterior areas will be only available for our guests.

The inside has a lot of character since it contains natural elements like part of the furniture. When you enter the ground floor you will find a great living and dining room provided with satellite TV, wood stove and air conditioning. The dining table has room for 6 people. Behind a rustic arch there is the kitchen with gas stove and oven, dishwasher and an incomparable bar with stools to cook while having an appetiser. It is also air-conditioned. The three bedrooms are on the same floor and the all offer a double bed and a fan. Please note that only two of them have a closet and two of them have no windows. We can also prepare a cot and a high chair on request. The bathroom has a bathtub. There is also an independent laundry area with a washer, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Going upstairs you will find a fantastic terrace with a chill-out area, and prepared to have lunch or dinner outdoors, enjoying the good Mallorcan weather. There is an annex by the terrace which remains closed for our customers.

This cottage is located at the foot of the Tramuntana, close to Mancor de la Vall. The area is fantastic for hiking and cycling and we recommend you to explore the routes towards Biniarroi, Lluc or Massanella. Among other things, this area stands out for its enchanting villages like Selva, Biniamar, Caimari and Moscari; the caves of Campanet and the chapels of Santa Lucia and Santa Magdalena.

Moreover, Inca, located about 5km away, is known for its leather tradition and, there, you will find all kinds of high quality leather goods. Apart of this, Inca has a great offer of shops and restaurants. The next sand beach, Puerto de Alcúdia, is a 30 minutes' drive.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
