This is a lovely semi-detached house with sea views in the quiet zone Es Barcarès, in the north of Alcúdia. It is perfect for 7 – 8 guests
The house has 130 m2 and it is just perfect for a quiet holiday by the sea. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with two twin beds. Other bedroom comes with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. There is the possibility of having an extra bed in the single bed room. There are two bathrooms with bath tub and a separate toilet in the ground floor. The accommodation does not provide air conditioning but we can supply fans on request.
The property has got two floors. You will enjoy cool breakfasts in the big terrace, 25 m2, which is furnished with table and seats for up to 6 people. In the living room there are two sofas, perfect for naps or watching TV. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you could need during your stay: vitro ceramic hob and electric oven, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer and much more. Obviously there is also a washing machine, iron and iron table. Pets are welcome upon request – please ask before.
You can park the car on the street, very close to the house as the area is not very busy because there is not much tourism. Because it’s a semi-detached house and it’s located in an urbanisation, there are direct neighbours, but all of them are very respectful.
The location of the accommodation is just perfect. First of all because you will be at the beachfront with astonishing views to the sea and secondly because everything you need is in a short distance, only 5 minutes by car, in Alcúdia. The zone of Es Barcarès, is quiet and offers a few lovely beaches, nice stone bays and a fantastic countryside. There is one sand beach close to the house; furthermore you will find 2 more sand beaches in the area. The old fishing boats and the amazing landscape will make your holidays an unforgettable experience.
In Alcúdia town and in Puerto de Alcúdia you will find all kinds of restaurants, supermarkets and other facilities. You will also be staying in a well-known area for good beaches: Formentor, Manresa, Alcanada, Playa de Alcúdia and many more. Enjoy a day laying on the sand, refreshing at the beach or just walking along it. We also recommend you a visit to Cala Sant Vicens and Pollença, el Calvari and its main square could be worth it for a half-day trip. In order to go up to el Calvari, you will have to climb up more than 100 steps - ¡It’s really worth it!

NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
