Historic ambience: The Bellaguarda guest house in Altea offers you a private accommodation experience in a historic 16th-century building (recently completely renovated) opposite the old tower on Bellaguarda Square. The building is located in the pedestrian zone and is particularly quiet, with no traffic, even though it is right in the center of Altea. The accommodation offers exceptional sea views, a large sun terrace with 360° panoramic views of the old town of Altea with its cathedral, as well as the two mountain ranges Sierra Aitana and Sierra Bernia and the Penon de Ifach. A veranda in front of the house with a pergola also offers space to relax.

Comfortable amenities: Guests benefit from free WiFi (Wifi7), high-speed internet connection (500 Mbit/s), in-room safe, a bar, and a communal kitchen with extensive equipment for amateur chefs (many spices/oils, cooking utensils, Italian pizza oven, 900°C BEEFER grill, contact grill, waffle iron, juicer, 9KW wok, various coffee machines, dishwasher, and much more). Everything can be used free of charge, including coffee and tea. Other amenities include secure door locks, an outdoor fireplace and a fireplace in the communal dining room, free parking in the immediate vicinity (50m+), as well as a wide range of everyday utensils and toiletries (such as shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes and dental floss, disposable razors and much more). The suite also has a kitchenette with its own coffee machine and refrigerator. Please note: there is no TV, the host lives there with his cat, it is not a hotel and no apartments are rented out, there is no parking in or near the house (pedestrian zone).

Prime location: The guest house is located 68 km from Alicante Airport and a 3-minute walk from the beach/boulevard. The train station, restaurants, and shopping facilities are within walking distance. A kiosk and bakery are available 24 hours a day (1 min). Nearby attractions include the Sierra Bernia and Aitana mountain ranges, Penon de Ifach, Mascarat Canyon, Castell de Guadalest, Font D'Algar (freshwater pool), fantastic roads for cycling and mountain biking (Altea is a center for cycling) or for motorcycle tours, Aqualandia water park, and much more. There is a wide range of water sports on offer, including scuba diving, jet skiing, sailing, water skiing, and more. Altea is located in the middle of a large marine nature reserve with extremely clear and clean water and a wide variety of species. The GARGANNES train/tram station is in the immediate vicinity.
