Passion for the art of fine wine is what drove the planting of our first vine. Today, that same care and respect nurture the Binitord vineyard, which maintains the true Menorcan essence.
Located on the south coast of Ciutadella, Binitord boasts five hectares of vineyards and artisanally produces around 30,000 bottles a year. It's a testament to a long history; Menorcan wine was highly valued for its quality as far back as the 17th century, during the Roman and Muslim eras.
During this wine experience, you will discover our philosophy, identity, and the methodologies behind our vineyard's care and cultivation, as well as the winemaking process itself. The tour includes a visit to our varietal garden and the winery, where you'll see the production and aging rooms. The experience concludes with a tasting of three wines, accompanied by traditional Minorcan cheese and cured meats. The visit lasts one hour
