The amazing private salt pool, which measures 12 x 6 meters and has a depth of 1.2 to 2 meters, shares the limelight with the integrated cold water Jacuzzi and the waterfall that will help you relax even more if possible, as well as the comfortable double loungers. Next to the house you find the wonderful terrace where you can relax while admiring the views of the mountains and the surrounding fields. And then there is the porch where you can enjoy delicious barbecues or perhaps a tasty pizza cooked in the wood oven. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

The two-story house offers a traditional style that includes all the modern day comforts. Upon entering the house, the hall leads you to the different rooms on the ground floor: the living room, with AC where you can watch satellite TV; the dining room also with AC and capacity for 8 people; the kitchen with AC, ceramic hob, breakfast area and TV (only Spanish channels); and two bedrooms, the main one with a double bed, AC, dressing room and bathroom en suite with shower and bathtub, and the other bedroom with twin beds, wardrobe and private access to the common bathroom on this floor, which has a shower. On the upper floor there are two other bedrooms with AC and wardrobe, one with twin beds and the other with a queen bed; and a bathroom to share, with shower. The house is also equipped with laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a cot and high chair in case you travel with your baby.

The house is located in the municipality of Selva but the closest town is Inca, which offers all the basic services for an independent stay and more. Of course, don't forget to visit the charming town of Selva and admire its wonderful views over the island. The closest beach is Muro, which is characterised by its white sand and blue waters. If you want to spend a day away from the beach, you can stroll through the Sierra de Tramuntana or visit the nearest golf course just 23.1 km away.
