I liked: Een prachtige, grote villa met een gigantische tuin. Grote, nieuwe keuken met alles wat je wenst. Erg groot, schoon zwembad met goeie zitgelegenheid in de schaduw van de boom. Mooie grote barbecue. Geen directe buren, dus veel rust. I did not like: Relatief afgelegen, dus auto/taxi nodig om ergens te komen.

Welcome to this fabulous villa with private pool in the privileged area of s'Aranjassa (Llucmajor). It has capacity for 6 guests.
When you return from the beach, there is nothing like a relaxing bath in the water salt pool that measures 10 x 5 meters and has a depth of 0.3 to 1.8 meters. There are 8 sun loungers and a terrace area where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. In this accommodation you can enjoy total privacy.
The house has two floors decorated with exquisite taste. The great living room offers Smart TV and AC. The kitchen-dining room is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In this house there are 3 bedrooms. Two of them are on the ground floor, one with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with twin beds. There is another bathroom with shower on this floor. On the first floor there is another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms have AC. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and highchair.
The villa is located on the outskirts of Llucmajor, in a residential area. To access the farm you will have to travel the last 200 m through an unpaved road. The town offers all the necessary services for an independent stay. The closest beach is El Arenal with a great summer atmosphere, but not far away you will also find dream beaches in the beautiful south of the island such as Es Trenc and Cala Pi.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 27 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Die Lage Nahe Palma und Llucmajor sowie ca. 20 Minuten Autofahrt bis zum Strand Sa Rapida perfekt. Ländlich ruhig gelegen und sehr erholsam. Auch die Betreuung durch Homerti ist bemerkenswert. Auftrende Probleme wurden sofort und kompetent gelöst. [-] Leider haben wir den zugesagten Kinderhochstuhl nicht bekommen. Für eine Ankunft in den sehr späten Abendstunden wäre es schön, wenn Mineralwasser und ein paar Kaffeekapseln vorhanden wären. Es gab lediglich zwei Weingläser-das sollte unbedingt aufgestockt werden. Bei der Anfahrtsbeschreibung sollte dringend erwähnt werden, dass die letzten Meter zu der Unterkunft eine ausgefahren Schotterstraße ist. Bei Ankunft in der Nacht ist man sonst stark verunsichert, ob man die richtige Zufahrt gewählt hat
See more Der Pool ist wirklich schön groß und sauber. Abends ist das Haus von außen schön beleuchtet, hat uns sehr gefallen! Die Bäder sind richtig schön und modern. Alle Betten waren gemütlich. Über richtige Weingläser hätten wir uns noch gefreut, da haben wir dann Sekt Gläser genommen. Die Lage ist so mittelmäßig, denn man ist im nirgendwo. Im Grunde ist alles gar nicht so weit weg, nur kommt man nicht ohne Auto irgendwo hin. Ein Auto würde ich also empfehlen. Denn auf einer Schnellstraße als Fußgänger ist nicht ganz u gefährlich. Ansonsten war alles top! Schönes Haus, Pool war mega, großes Grundstück. Alles war sauber und ordentlich ☺️

Casa ideal para familias y para disfrutar con amigos a unos 25 minutos en coche de Palma de Mallorca. Tranquila y con una piscina fabulosa. Si pulen pequeños detalles en la vivienda será una casa 10.
