Being away from your place won't be a problem since this wonderful house with pool for 10 people, located in a quiet and coastal urbanisation of Javea, will make you feel at home.
The chlorine pool, surrounded by a beautiful landscape, is the key place for our guests to enjoy the good weather and nature, and the views you can admire from the terrace are impressive. Start the day here with a delicious breakfast while spotting the sea far away and getting ready to spend a nice morning swimming and sunbathing by the pool. It offers 9 sun loungers around to relax under the sun beams and it sizes 9 x 4 metres while the water depth goes from 1.15 to 1.80 metres. You will also find a barbecue to spend a pleasant evening.

The house features two floors. On the ground floor we have two bathrooms with a tub each as well as three bedrooms with a wardrobe and two twin bed each. On of them also features an en-suite shower bathroom and space for a cot and the other has direct access to the terraces. Goin upstair you find a great living room with satellite TV, open to the dining area and with direct access to the kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic hob and all you may need in order to cook as if you were at home.There are two more bedrooms upstairs, again with two twin beds each and a closet. There is independent bathroom with a bathtub for the whole floor. There is ducted air-conditioning in all the house. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Located in a quiet urbanisation, this property is ideal to enjoy the peace without giving up all needed services like bars, restaurants and much more. In addition, this is a key starting point to reach different places in a reasonable amount of time like the incomparable beaches and coves like the one of El Arenal, about 3.5 km away, and others like Cala Blanca or Cap Negre. If you feel like in the evening, you can have a walk through the town centre of Javea. You will love it!
