The outside areas are wonderful. Cool off in the chlorinated pool of 8 x 3 m, with a depth ranging from 1 m to 1.8 m. The pool is fenced, especially for children. There is a barbecue under the 70 m2 porch, for foodies. The house also has a wood-burning oven.

Distributed over two floors, the house has 6 bedrooms: three on the ground floor (two twin’ and one double) and three on the first floor (two twin’ and one double, equipped with wardrobe too). There are three bathrooms: two with bath (one on each floor) and one toilet on the first floor, which serve the entire house.
The living-dining room, located on the ground floor, is perfect for relaxing while watching TV, reading a book or just resting by the fireplace. The main open-plan kitchen, with glass-ceramic hob, is fully equipped. Next to this room there is a separate room, equipped with a gas cooker and a table with chairs. On the first floor there is a living room with two sofas, two armchairs, a fireplace, TV and a table with chairs. In addition, there is a separate kitchen, which uses gas.
Next to the garage there is a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

On the beach of Almadrava you can find the tranquility you need to enjoy it with your family. From the beach you have one of the best views of Denia’s castle. There are many bars and restaurants all around.

If you prefer going to a sandy beach, just 1 km away, there is the beach of Les Marines. You can do a wide range of hiking trails, bike routes, or diving routes to the coves by boat.
