A semi-detached house for 5-6 people in a quite neighbourhood L’Oliverar with a private pool in Palma de Mallorca
A private chlorine pool (8m x 4m big and 1.4m and 2m deep) is like a paradise within the city and features a total privacy. Next to it there is an outdoor shower, a sun lounger and a terrace with a large table and TV that invites you to celebrate great evenings with family and friends. There are direct neighbors.

Living room decorated in soft colors has air conditioning and television with local channels. In a fully equipped kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils to prepare your favorite dishes, including a gas cooker and ceramic hob and a washing corner with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a toilet.

On the first floor the largest bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath, closet and access to a balcony. On this floor there are a double and a single bedroom and a room with a sofa bed for an additional person. The bathroom on this floor has a shower. A cot and high chair are available on request. There is air conditioning throughout all rooms except the kitchen and bathrooms.

Palma de Mallorca offers a wide variety of cultural, gastronomic and many beautiful beaches around. You can start your day with a visit to the Mercat D'Olivar market, to have some tapas and to follow the route through the old town, visiting La Seu Cathedral, Es Baluard Museum of Contemporary Art and to finish the day with a dinner in one of the beautiful Portixol restaurants. By bus or car you can go to different beaches such as El Molinar, Can Pastilla or Playa de Palma. On the Plaça Espanya square there is a historical train that goes to Sóller following the route with picturesque views.

Note: Please, note, that we do not accept youth groups under 28 years for this apartment. We need to know the ages of all travellers to confirm the reservation. We might ask for copies of all passports, later on.
