Wonderful house with a infinity pool located in a quiet urbanization of the village of Xabia, suitable for 8 persons.
The outside of this house is wonderful. The house disposes of several furnished terraces overlooking the Bay of Javea, where you can relax, just having a coffee, reading a book, sunbathing on the two wicker loungers, or enjoying a nice barbecue enjoying the sunset. All the terraces lead to a large infinity chlorine pool which has the measures of 8x5 and a depth of 1,4 x 2,7m. There are a few neigbours around.

The house of 3 floors has very spacious rooms which includes 5 bedrooms with large windows overlooking the pool and the sea, two bathrooms an a toilet. The whole house has underfloor heating for the wintermonths. On the ground floor you will find the dining room, and as well the very practical kitchen which is equipped with an induction top, and a toilet. On the floor -1 you will find a living room with a fireplace and a large sofá. Here you can find as well the 4 bedrooms with a wardrobe and a ceiling fan each and exit to the outside. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and the other two bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds each. We can also prepare a crib and a highchair for a baby. One of the bathrooms has a shower and a bath and the other one has a bath. On the floor – 2 you will have a second room for those who want to disconnect and to relax and want to have some time for themselves.

The landscape of the coast of Xabia very varied, it is formed by beaches, caves, cliffs, islands, caves and cables. Xabia has a large protected natural heritage, such as the Montgó Natural Park or the Cap de Sant Antoni Marine Reserve. Around there are different hiking routes and some viewpoints from where you can enjoy this great natural privilege. Among the routes are the forest Park of the Granadella or the bay of Portitxol. The viewpoints of Punta deL Castell, Creu de Portitxol or Séquia de la Nória, among others, are worthy of a visit. We also recommend visiting the beach of La Grava and the coves of Cala Blanca, Cala Barraca, Cala Sardinera or Cala Granadella.

The old town of Xabia retains its medieval carácter because of the narrow streets, arched portals, white facades and Gothic-style windows, latticed in forge. At the market of Abastos you can get all kind of local gastronomic products. Every Thursday, between 08.30 and 14.00 O´Clock there is a nice market at the Plaza de la Constitución and at the Placeta del Convent.
