You can choose between three air-conditioned bedrooms, two with double bed and one with two twin beds; all with a closet and one with a bath en-suite with bathtub. Besides, there are two more baths, one with bathtub and the other with shower. A cot and a high chair are available on request.

In Ses Salines you'll find everything you may need for a great holiday; supermarkets, restaurants, shops and much more. During the summer, you could visit Colonia de Sant Jordi and make a nice boat trip to the natural park of La Cabrera. The natural Es Trenc Beach is a 15 minutes' drive and it is one of the most beautiful spots on the island.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
