Welcome to this incredible country house for 8 guests on the outskirts of Sa Pobla.
The outdoor area of the house is lovely: spacious garden zone, 8x4 sized pool with the depth of 1-1,7m, 6 sunbeds, 2 furnished porches and a BBQ for the cooking lovers.

200m2 of a constructed area is divided into two floors. The house counts with 4 bedrooms: one with a double bed on the ground floor and three air-conditioned bedrooms on the first floor (a double bed room, a double bed room with an en-suite bathroom and a bedroom with two separate beds).

The charming living room is furnished with two sofas, satellite television, wood stove and a dining area equipped with a dining table. The kitchen features all the necessary appliances to prepare a delicious meal. You will find also a washing machine, an iron with an ironing board.

The house is situated 3 km from Sa Pobla town where you find supermarket, medical centre, pharmacy, bars, restaurants etc. Pollenca town which is worth of being visited is also not far from the house. Pollença invites you to enjoy summer nights with its history, narrow streets and old traditions. There are also concerts around the town, art exhibitions, bars, shops and restaurants in the main square with open air terraces. The most well-known sightseeing spots in Pollença are the Roman bridge and the Calvari, which is a tiny church on the top of a hill in the middle of Pollença.

In 20 minutes you will reach Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Here you can stay the whole day on the beach with a refreshing cocktail. This area is famous for its numerous restaurants and bars with beautiful sea views. Can Picafort is a bustling place in comparison to Playa de Muro which is considered to be a quiet beach place. Alcudia features many small coves with a transparent water and incredible views.
