Beautiful house with "retro" air located in the countryside of Manacor. With views of the countryside and mountains, it has recently been restored and it can accommodate 6 people.
The exterior areas of the house are fantastic. There is a 6x3m salt swimming pool, with depth ranging from 0.80m to 1.70m. Around the pool, there is a shower and a paved area where you can relax sunbathing on one of the 6 sunbeds available to you. Around the house there is a gravel surface where you can relax. Just to the right of the home’s main entrance there is a furnished terrace where you can enjoy wonderful outdoor barbecues with family and friends. The property is fenced and offers absolute privacity.
Upon entering this property you will see the furnished elegant dining room. This room is not separated from the living room where you find a wood heater, satellite TV and a CD player. Separated by an arch, you find the original kitchen, where you have everything you need to make any recipe, including a gas stove. This property has a separate laundry room with 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. For your rest, there are 3 bedrooms in this property. 2 of them are located on the main house, both equipped with a closet and a fan. 1 of them is located on the ground floor and has two twin beds together and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, and the second offers two separate single beds. The 3rd bedroom, with two twin beds together, is located in a separate attachment and it has its own bathroom with a shower and direct access to the garden. A cot, a high chair and one fan more are available. If you are a person concerned about the environment, you should know that this property uses solar energy.
Located in a rural area, this home is located between the towns of Vilafranca de Bonany, Felanitx and Manacor, although it belongs to Manacor. Vilafranca is a small farming town characterized by the quality of its fruits and vegetables sold by the farmers themselves. Manacor is one of the most important towns in Mallorca due to its high commercial activity, pearls factory and furniture stores. Felanitx keeps the charm of the industrial areas of Mallorca where you can stroll through the old town with great commercial life. If you like the beach, the nearest beach is Cala Domingos, located about 23.8 km.
