Beautiful house with "retro" air located in the countryside of Manacor. With views of the countryside and mountains, it has recently been restored and it can accommodate 6 people.
The exterior areas of the house are fantastic. There is a 6x3m salt swimming pool, with depth ranging from 0.80m to 1.70m. Around the pool, there is a shower and a paved area where you can relax sunbathing on one of the 6 sunbeds available to you. Around the house there is a gravel surface where you can relax. Just to the right of the home’s main entrance there is a furnished terrace where you can enjoy wonderful outdoor barbecues with family and friends. The property is fenced and offers absolute privacity.

Upon entering this property you will see the furnished elegant dining room. This room is not separated from the living room where you find a wood heater, satellite TV and a CD player. Separated by an arch, you find the original kitchen, where you have everything you need to make any recipe, including a gas stove. This property has a separate laundry room with 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. For your rest, there are 3 bedrooms in this property. 2 of them are located on the main house, both equipped with a closet and a fan. 1 of them is located on the ground floor and has two twin beds together and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, and the second offers two separate single beds. The 3rd bedroom, with two twin beds together, is located in a separate attachment and it has its own bathroom with a shower and direct access to the garden. A cot, a high chair and one fan more are available. If you are a person concerned about the environment, you should know that this property uses solar energy.

Located in a rural area, this home is located between the towns of Vilafranca de Bonany, Felanitx and Manacor, although it belongs to Manacor. Vilafranca is a small farming town characterized by the quality of its fruits and vegetables sold by the farmers themselves. Manacor is one of the most important towns in Mallorca due to its high commercial activity, pearls factory and furniture stores. Felanitx keeps the charm of the industrial areas of Mallorca where you can stroll through the old town with great commercial life. If you like the beach, the nearest beach is Cala Domingos, located about 23.8 km.

Excellent! Really attentive owners when required. Really attentive managing company when required. Beautiful relaxing surroundings! Good internet! Good facilities inc coffee maker, no kettle for tea loving Brits but you can boil a saucepan of water for this. Oils, salt, pepper spices, cleaning products all in situ, which is fab. Usefully, this property has 8 beds (not listed) - six in the main building (albeit 2 single beds in the loft conversion suitable for kids perhaps) and 2 further beds in a separate annexe away from the main house, with its own separate bathroom - great for another couple or visiting friend/family.


In Summe also - wir waren extrem zufrieden!

Das Objekt ist in Realität wie beschrieben, die Fotos sind echt und nicht übertrieben retuschiert, es ist wirklich eine wunderschöne Anlage. Man kriegt, was man sieht! Buchung, Kontakt, Bezahlung, Organisation usw. alles einfach, tolles Willkommen durch die Eigentümer, im Haus selbst alles in Ordnung und alles Wichtige da! Wenn es mal ein Problemchen gibt, wird das nach kurzem Hinweis sofort behoben - und auch wenn an sich alles läuft, kommt drei Mal die Woche ein netter Mensch und schaut nach der Technik und gießt die Pflanzen. Das Haus hat alles, was man so braucht, genug Geschirr und Besteck und Töpfe. Handtücher und Bettwäsche, in unserem Fall auch Baby-Beistellbett und Hochstuhl. Super! Sauber, nett eingerichtet, Platz genug, und auch ein abgetrenntes zweites "Reich" (separater Eingang zu einem Schlafzimmer mit eigener Toilette und Dusche). Zur Lage muss man wissen, dass man wirklich "in the middle of nowhere" ist, also ein Auto absolut braucht. Am Rand von Manacor gibt es alles an Supermärkten, nur eine kurze Fahrt. Der Vorteil der Lage ist, dass man nahezu jeden Punkt der Insel in rund einer Stunde Fahrtzeit erreicht! Wer also einen eher selbstbestimmten Urlaub will und die Vielseitigkeit der Insel schätzt wird sich wohlfühlen. Ist halt keine Lage, um jeden Tag Richtung Strand zu fahren. In Summe also - wir waren extrem zufrieden!

"This was such an amazing house and surrounding! seriously everything was perfect!!! the owners greeted us at the house, which was very late and they were just so friendly and nice! They had a basket full of fruit right there waiting for us and cava to welcome my friends and me. Everything was even nicer then the pictures show, we felt like home in the first second we got there. Everything was there and when we needed something, it was taken care of immediately. It was clean and big, there was enough room for all 4 of us and would have been for 2 more, easily! It was very quiet around the house, perfect to relax. If we come back, we definatelly want to stay again at this house! Thank you so much Everyone!!
