Villa Barraquer

This is a cozy villa with a rustic style located in the interior part of the island. It offers the comfort which will make your vacation an unforgettable experience.

It is a 2-storey house of 220 m2 and 4 bedrooms. It is ideal for couples with children or groups of friends. One room is on the ground floor, while the others are on the first floor. There are three rooms with double bed and one room with 2 single beds. The main room is en suite with a bathroom with shower. Moreover, the house has two other bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. The villa has a big garden and terrace where you can spend the day with family and friends.

This cozy and comfortable villa allows you to feel at home. It is the perfect choice if you are looking for a relaxing holiday experience. Sit down and chill out in one of the couches in the big living room to enjoy a good book or have a little siesta. The dining room area has a table for 10 people where you will be able to enjoy summer meals with friends and family. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need during your vacation: toaster, coffee machine, electrical oven, vitro ceramic hob, cutlery, kitchen appliances, fridge with freezer and a lot more. Of course, you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The outside of the house is as well a wonderful place to enjoy your holiday: go to the terrace, have a tempting barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax in the garden. The 250 m2 terrace is furnished with a table for 8 people. The house has a 10 x 3.30 meter private pool and a 1 x 3 solarium area. Just enjoy the Mediterranean sun or have fun with your children on the big patio. The house is just at the limits of the town of Llubí and there aren’t immediate neighbors. Pets are allowed if you request it previously and there is enough space to park more than 3 cars inside the estate. The parking is not covered.

The town of Llubí is 450 meters from the house and it is a beautiful part of the island that invites you to experiment the local lifestyle.

A 20 minute drive will take you to the nearest beaches: Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollensa, Cala San Vicente and Formentor. They are all white sand beaches with shallow crystalline waters, perfect for the safety of children. If you look for fun, many water activities are offered (sailing, kayak, diving, fishing and a lot more!).

In Puerto de Alcudia you will find a Marine where you will see big luxury yachts mixed with colorful fishing boats. On the other hand, you can have a pleasant walk through the seafront promenade and enjoy the views to the bay or stop in one of the open-air restaurants or bars.
