We invite you to enjoy incredible views of the mountains and the sea from the infinity pool of this luxurious three-story house in Cas Català Nou. It can accommodate up to 8 people and it also offers a privilege indoor SPA.

This majestic country house is a true paradise; the dreamy place you were searching for your stay in Mallorca. The beauty of the building, its grassed terraces looking to a spectacular landscape and the infinity salted pool of turquoise water make you go to a different world. The pool sizes 8 x 4 metres and the depth ranges between 0.80 and 2.20 metres. It also features an exterior shower and 8 sun loungers to enjoy the sun beams by a cup of wine. the views over the golf course and the soft sea breeze will be with you during a nice evening having dinner under the porch. Do you maybe feel like a barbecue and some cocktails afterwards for a great night?

Anyway, that's not all... The interior still hides much more! With its wooden floor, a beautiful furniture and air-conditioning all around, its seems a home out of a magazine. On the main floor, you will find a large living - dining room, open to the kitchen -with a ceramic hob-, large windows not to miss a detail while you watch a DVD film or the satellite TV channels, or while you watch some music. There also is a toilet.

Going downstairs to the -1 floor, you din a second living room and 4 bedrooms -all of them with a closet, access to the terrace and en-suite bathtub bathroom. Three of them come with a double bed and there is one with two twin beds. We can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby. The laundry room features a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

On the second basement you will find the spa area and the gym. It features a jacuzzi sizing 3 x 2.5 metres, Turkish bath, massage table, two hot beds, hydro massage shower, relaxation bed, a treadmill, an elliptical bike and a weight lifting equipment. For sure you will not want to check-out!

The Cas Català Nou / Bendinat urbanization is very quiet, it offers restaurants, high quality shops, and also beaches and calas nearby with crystal clear waters such as Illetes, about 2.3 km from the house, or Portals Nous as well. Golf lovers, we do not need to talk about how close the Bendinat course is! Even lovers of nautical and cycling find their space. The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, is located about 8 km providing many more services and entertainment. The mythical Cathedral and a walk along the Paseo Marítimo contemplating the boats, is something that can not be missed before leaving.

Tourist license: VT/1587

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
