Beautiful country house located in the small town of Inca, in the heart of Mallorca, with capacity for up to 8 people.
This villa has a magnificent chlorine pool of 40 m2 and a depth of 1.25 to 2.20m, surrouded by a large lawn area, with 8 sun loungers. At the entrance, there is a porch with a table tennis, ideal for the guests entertainment. The best part is the chill-out canopy area, where you can enjoy a tasty dinner prepared on the charcoal barbecue. This wonderful chill-out, integrated in nature, has beautiful views of the pool and the grazing of the owner's lambs.

Decorated in Mallorcan style, with its stone-lined walls, tidal arches and wooden beams, this house is distributed over two floors. This layout includes a nice living room, a separate dining room, the kitchen and a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

On the ground floor, you can find the large living room with wood burning stove and air conditioning, which invites you to stay comfortable and watch a movie on the satellite TV. The dining room with a robust dining table counts with place for 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove and has a direct access to the garden. On this floor there are also one bathroom with a shower and two of the bedrooms, each with two single beds and wardrobe.

Upstairs, you will found the third bedroom with double bed, two rooms/lounges, each with a sofa bed and a cot, where can be accommodated two people and two babies. The second bathroom features a bathtub. In addition there are also two terraces, where you can enjoy wonderful sunsets of Mallorca. One of them with views to the Puig de Santa Magdalena and the second to the Sierra de Tramuntana.
There is washing machine, iron and ironing board. Up to three fans, a radiator and a high chair are also available.

In Inca, you will find all the necessary services such as bars, traditional Mallorcan food restaurants known as "cellers", supermarkets, many shops and the big Thursday ´s market. Enjoy this day in the small town full of life, for walking or buying a local products.

Thanks to the central location of the house and its proximity to the Sierra de Tramuntana, you can make a variety of hiking and cycling routes. You can also spend a day on the paradisiacal beaches, like for example beach of Port d´Alcudia; and discover beautiful coves of the south-east of the island, such as Cala Santanyí, Caló des Màrmols or Caló des Moro.
