Welcome to this wonderful village house in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, with private pool and accommodation for 4 guests.
The main terrace of this spectacular house is without doubts the favourite place of our guests. There is a beautiful chlorine pool with an integrated jacuzzi , -8 x 2 m and 1.40 to 1.65 m depth-, waiting for you. Next to it, there are four sun loungers to enjoy the sun and a barbecue area for professionals chefs. Then, there is another fantastic terrace, covered with wattle, where spend eating in the open air or having a glass of wine or champagne on the exterior sofa.

It is a three-storey house that features a large living-dining room with TV-SAT, a fabulous kitchen with ceramic cooktop, a double bed dormitory as well as a shower bathroom on the ground floor. Going upstairs, there are also three more bedrooms, one of which has a double bed while the other two simply have two single beds. All these last dormitories features an en-suite bathroom, two with shower and one with bathtub. On the last floor, there are a shower bathroom and a terrace. All the bedrooms have wardrobe. If you travel with a baby, we can supply one cot and up to two high chairs.
The laundry provides our guests with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The accommodation is equipped with ducted air conditioning all over it.

Sant Llorenç des Cardassar village still preserves its people and customs, which is perfect to get to know the authentic Mallorca. It is possible to access by foot to any of the basic services that you may need such as bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc. The closest beach is Cala Bona, at 12.2 km, and the nearest golf course is located at only 17 km.
