This charming villa with private pool in Llubi, welcomes 6 people.
This beautiful house has only one level and has a size of 231m2, and disposas of a private chlorine pool , which has a size of 10 m x 4.5 m and a depth ranging between 1.3 m and 1.7 m.
Around the pool you can relax on one of the 6 sunbeds.
On the plot there are several fruit trees which bear apples, oranges, pears and plums depending on the season.

The house has a furnished porch, which invites you to spend some nice evenings with your friends. The house is independent and has a total privacy.

The open kitchen is directly connected with the livingroom. The lounge area has a sofa and two chairs, where you can watch satellite TV or relax. In the full equipped and spacious kitchen area, you will find the necessary utensils for induction cooking without any problems. Aswell you have at your disposal a washing machine, an iron ans ironing board.

This charming villa has 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms with two double beds and a bedroom with two single beds. The three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. If you are traveling with a baby we can provide you a babybed and a highchair. The house has a bathroom with a shower.

At just 20 minutes drive, you can find the beaches of Can Picafort, Puerto Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa, Cala San Vicente and Formentor, where you can find their beaches of soft white sand and crystal clear, shallow waters, which is ideal for children .A lot of wateractivities are offered such as sailing, kayaking, diving and fishing, among others. In the Port of Alcudia you can also find the marina where you can watch from large luxury yachts to a mix of colorful local fishing boats.
Here you can find aswell the promenade where you can see some beautiful views of the bay and the beach, or enjoy the nice cafes and outdoor restaurants.
