Welcome to this lovely town house for 6 people and with private pool in sa Pobla.
You will spend unforgettable moments at the terrace of this beautiful two-storey house. No doubt, the terrace is an amazing place to enjoy a delicious breakfast or barbecues whenever you want and the chlorine pool will be your private paradise within the property. The turquoise water is surrounded by a well cared, delicate and charming atmosphere. It sizes 5 x 2.5 metres and the water depth ranges from 1.2 to 1.8 metres. Next to the pool, there also is an exterior shower to cool down after basking in the sun on one of the 4 sun loungers, or after exercising at the gym that you will find at the end of the exterior staircase.
Inside, you will be welcomed by a large room that goes from side to side of the house and unifies the kitchen with the dining and the living room. It offers a fireplace, air-conditioning and it's perfect to spend your time all together since you can cook on the ceramic hob while you set the table, watch TV, listen to some music or rest on the sofa. The bedrooms are on the first floor, all of them with AC. The first bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a walk-in closet and room for a baby cot -a high-chair also can be provided-. The other two bedrooms feature twin beds and both have a clothes rack. There are two more shower bathrooms in the house, one on each floor. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The house is located in the town of sa Pobla where you can have a walk and visit the town square full of bars, restaurants and shops. Its traditional street market with local fresh fruits and vegetables takes place on Sunday mornings. You will find a bus stop about 650 metres away and the train station about 1 km away. The nearest beach is the one of Can Picafort about 12.3 km away. Its white sand and crystal-clear water are amazing. And if you feel like playing golf, the nearest course is the one of Pollensa, less than 10 km away.

Le quartier n'est pas touristique mais la localisation à Sa Pobla permet de visiter facilement l'ile de Majorque (Alcudia, Cap de Formentor, Soller, Palma...).
Rental as advertised. Very well renovated and very clean house with beautiful spaces to live as a family without embarrassment. The area is not touristy but the location in Sa Pobla allows you to easily visit the island of Majorca (Alcudia, Cap de Formentor, Soller, Palma...).

See more Tolle Unterkunft! Perfekt für Gruppen oder Paare. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Komplette Haus verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, was perfekt für heiße Tage ist. Sa Pobla ist ein sehr schöner ruhig Ort. Man kann dort abends sehr guten Essen gehen. Außerdem ist man in wenigen Minuten in Pollença und Alcúdia wenn man es etwas touristischer haben möchte. Auch ein großer Vorteil ist, dass man in wenigen Minuten Supermärkte per Fuß erreichen kann. Im Großen und Ganzen einfach nur empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder ???
Great accommodation! Perfect for groups or couples. The house is very modernly furnished. The entire house has air conditioning, which is perfect for hot days. Sa Pobla is a very nice quiet place. You can have a very good meal there in the evening. You can also reach Pollença and Alcúdia in just a few minutes if you want something a little more touristy. Another big advantage is that you can reach supermarkets on foot in just a few minutes. Overall just recommended. Gladly again ???
See more Superbe maison très bien équipée et bien restaurée. Nous avons été enchantées des prestations proposées (piscine, aménagement, propreté ...). On s'y sent comme à la maison et c'est très calme. A 15' d'Alcudia et 40' de Palma. Pratique aussi pour visiter l'ile et toutes ses côtes. Voiture indispensable pour se déplacer. Supermarchés à 2' en voiture. De nombreux conseils données et une belle réactivité de l'agence. Merci encore.
Superb house, very well equipped and well restored. We were delighted with the services offered (swimming pool, layout, cleanliness, etc.). It feels like home and it’s very quiet. 15' from Alcudia and 40' from Palma. Also practical for visiting the island and all its coasts. Car essential for getting around. Supermarkets 2' by car. Lots of advice given and great responsiveness from the agency. Thanks again.

Alojamiento sencillamente espectacular. El pueblo no es el típico turístico pero sinceramente se agradece porque hay menos masificación y fácil aparcamiento por delante y por detrás. Repetiríamos sin duda.
Simply spectacular accommodation. The town is not the typical tourist town but it is honestly appreciated because there is less crowding and easy parking in front and behind. We would repeat without a doubt.

Cuenta con habitaciones amplias, suficientes baños, espacios amplios y con muy buena iluminación. Todo estaba en excelentes condiciones, cómodo y limpio. La ubicación es muy buena, tienes sitios de interés y playas muy cerca. El vecindario es es tranquilo y casi siempre encuentras estacionamiento disponible frente a la casa o al menos cerca de ella. Me encantó que todo funcionó a la perfección. Desde la llegada hasta nuestra salida de la casa. La recomiendo 100% Saludos desde Alemania Ashanty
At home it really surprised us. You feel at home, there was nothing we missed. It has spacious rooms, enough bathrooms, large spaces and very good lighting. Everything was in excellent condition, comfortable and clean. The location is very good, you have places of interest and beaches very close. The neighborhood is quiet and you can almost always find parking available in front of the house or at least close to it. I loved that everything worked perfectly. See more Ein modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Stadthaus mit guter Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage. Vom zentral gelegen Sa Pobla aus kann man die Insel per Auto gut erkunden und die Strände von Muro oder Alcúdia sind schnell zu erreichen.

Couldn’t recommend more. We stayed here with our 3 boys (4,8 and 12) over Christmas 2022. The house was equipped with everything we needed, spotlessly clean, gorgeous living area with a sofa perfect for watching Xmas movies. Tv is a smart tv so we could log into prime/Netflix. Kitchen is perfectly equipped, we managed to cook a full British style Christmas dinner. The house is much bigger than it looks, with an office space which was great. The bathrooms are all refitted, modern, amazing pressure and hot (always a big bug bear for us when we go away) Kids even went in the pool even though it was freezing in dec. There’s both on street parking and parking behind the house. Lidl is a 2 min walk away. We had a hire car and used this daily to explore. Palma was a half an hour drive and has loads of parking spots, we visited the lighthouse, the drive to the maintain was amazing, then back to Porto Cristo is a must, white sand and crystal beaches! Hidden gem ?

See more Tout était parfait vraiment magnifique les salles de bains, les chambres, les lumière,la grandeur, le jardin et le design m’a même donné envie de venir y vivre ! Communication parfaite ! Juste petit bémol, l’eau de la piscine est froide car elle n’est pas orientée au soleil.
Everything was perfect, really magnificent, the bathrooms, the bedrooms, the light, the size, the garden and the design even made me want to come and live there! Perfect communication! Just a small downside, the water in the pool is cold because it is not facing the sun.

Die Unterkunft war super und gut ausgestattet. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Besitzer des Hauses sind wirklich sehr sympathisch und nett gewesen.

Unglaublich schönes Haus mit absolut ruhiger Lage :) perfekt zum entspannen und wenn man in der Sonne seine Ruhe sucht. Alles ist sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Bei unserer Anreise stand ein großer Presentkorb für uns bereit, inklusive großen Früchtekorb und Getränken im Kühlschrank. Tolle Begrüßung! :) Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt und so kommt niemand fremdes rein. Außerdem gibt es viele Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen wie zum Beispiel ein Tennisplatz auf dem Grundstück. Als Highlight grenzt an das Grundstück ein Eselgehege und man wird jeden Morgen freundlich von den Tieren begrüßt :) Die Lage ist super, allerdings braucht man zwingend ein Auto. Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Für uns das perfekte Haus für einen entspannten Inselurlaub, gerne wieder :)
Incredibly beautiful house in an absolutely quiet location :) perfect for relaxing and if you're looking for peace and quiet in the sun. Everything is very clean and tidy. When we arrived there was a large gift basket ready for us, including a large fruit basket and drinks in the fridge. Great welcome! :) The property is completely fenced in so no one else can come in. There are also many opportunities to keep yourself busy, such as a tennis court on the property. As a highlight, there is a donkey enclosure adjacent to the property and you are warmly greeted by the animals every morning :) The location is great, but you definitely need a car. The nearest supermarket is only 5 minutes away. For us the perfect house for a relaxed island holiday, would love to come back :)
See more Het huis heeft een hele prettige sfeer en de inventaris is zeer compleet. Er zijn zelfs zwemspullen en badlakens. De inrichting voldeed precies aan de foto’s. Sa Pobla zelf is niet zo bijzonder, maar zeer gunstig gelegen voor uitstapjes in de omgeving. Een huurauto is wel aan te raden voor deze locatie.
The house has a very pleasant atmosphere and the inventory is very complete. There are even swimming suits and beach towels. The furnishings exactly matched the photos. Sa Pobla itself is not that special, but very conveniently located for excursions in the area. A rental car is recommended for this location.
