Disconnect from the everyday life in this rustic house for 4 people in Llubí, with private pool.
You will be able to cool down and relax at the fantastic private chlorine pool which sizes 7 x 3 meters and has a depth that goes from 1.2 to 2 meters. You can also prepare delicious meats and vegetables with the barbecue. You can sunbathe on the solarium terrace. There is an outside bathroom with shower next to the pool. The building is within the town, with direct neighbours and total privacy.
The house meets you in an impressive and rustic living - dining room, with TV-sat, DVD and CD players and wood stove. There are two sofas in the annexed room. The kitchen, with a ceramic top, is located in a glazed room with BBQ. Then, you'll find 2 bedrooms with a closet each. One has a double bed and an en-suite with a tub and a shower, and the other has a bunk bed. The rooms of this house present a ceiling fan and heating by wall radiators. The laundry room has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, located in the BBQ kitchen. If you travel with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair.
Llubí is a little village at the centre of the island, ideal to explore Majorca. There are many routes and paths to go on foot or by bycicleand it's only 20 minutes away by car from the nearest beach, Can Picafort. You will find supermarkets, vegetable shops, restaurants and cafes in Llubí, so that you can have an independent stay.. Palma, the capital of the island, is only 35 minutes away by car.
There is private parking in front of the house for 1 car.

Wir waren insgesamt 17 Tage in der Unterkunft und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Llubi ist ein kleiner Ort ohne großen Tourismus und man findet schnell Kontakt zu den Einheimischen. Eine idealer Ort für Ruhesuchende. Zur FeWo: Diese entspricht den Bildern und es ist alles vorhanden was man zum Leben und Kochen braucht. Zu erwähnen ist die Trinkwasseraufbereitung, so spart man den Kauf von Wasserflaschen. Nur ein Kartoffelschäler hat gefehlt, den haben wir nun gekauft und der kommt mit auf unsere weiteren Reisen. Wir konnten unsere Motorräder entspannt in der Garage abstellen (KTM 390 Duke und KTM Adenventur 1090R), sie standen sicher und im trockenen. Allerdings war die Garage dann "voll". Am Tag unserer Abreise ging die Fähre erst um 21:45 Uhr, wir durften aber die FeWo länger nutzen und hatten noch einen entspannten Tag. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war super und hilfreich. Bei Fragen haben Sie gerne immer geholfen. Die Vermieterin durften wir auch kennen lernen, Sie hat nach dem Pool geschaut, und hat uns etwas über die Geschichte von dem Haus erzählt. Der Pool war wohl früher ein Misthaufen :-). Wir können diesen Ort wärmsten empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder, wenn diese frei sein sollte.

Logement dans un petit village très tranquille mais un peu loin pour les départs en randonnée de la serra tramnuntana !! Logement qui manque d'intimité entre les 2 chambres car pas de plafonds il n'y à que les murs !! Manque de précisions pour l'entrée du logement qui ne se fait pas à l'endroit du numéro de la rue mais par la porte qui donne sur la rue à gauche. Aucun contact avec les propriétaires.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft im kleinen Ort Llubi. Wurden sehr gut empfangen, es standen frisch gepflückte Orangen für uns bereit :) Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es nur an der Straße, welche sehr eng ist, deswegen haben wir manchmal etwas weiter weg in einer breiteren Straße geparkt.

Schönes im traditionell spanischem Stil renoviertes altes Stadthaus mit Flair und allen Vorzügen. Die Wohnung im Obergeschoss ist eher dunkel, durch kleine Fenster, dadurch ist die Wohnung im Sommer gut gegen Hitze abgeschirmt. Besonders schön auch der Pool mit Aussendusche. Jetzt war es dafür leider noch zu kalt. Pool und Aussenbereich ist von zwei bis drei Wohnungen zu nutzen. Die sehr gute Lage mit Blick von der eigenen Dachterrasse über die Dächer der Stadt und die direkte Nähe zum kleinen versteckten Supermarkt am Platz sind echte Pluspunkte. In LLubi gibt es ausgezeichnete Restaurants, die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Wir würden gern wiederkommen!
