The beautiful pool in this cosy villa offers a spectacular view to the mountain while you enjoy a cool swim. It's a 5 x 4.5 m chlorine pool with a water depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.7 metres. There are 4 sunloungers around the pool where you can sunbathe and enjoy your reading. Then, you can have a quick shower outdoors before cooking a delicious barbecue to taste at the porch.

The accommodation comprises 2 floors. When you enter you find a beautiful living - dining room where you can watch the TV and enjoy your meals all together.Then, you find the kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop. Still on this floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a tub. Up the spiral stairs you find a second bedroom -open to living room- that offers twin beds, AC and a terrace. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There also are 2 fans.

Puerto de Pollença is the perfect destiny for those who love family and picturesque towns by the sea. The beach is only 1.7 km away from the property. Not only in Puerto de Pollensa but also in the old town of Pollensa, you will find all kinds of services for an independent stay. The golf course of Pollensa is only 11.2 km away and it's perfect to spend a different day.
