Villa Cal senyor damià

Wonderful stately home with capacity in between 10 - 12 people and private pool situated in the heart of Santanyí.
In the exterior patio of this spectacular stately house there is a fantastic porch next to chlorine pool of 5 x 4 m and 1.30 up to 2 m depth, where you can have breakfast or even dinner in family something cooked on the original stone barbecue. In the pool surroundings, there are two sun loungers to sunbathe and an exterior shower. A chill-out area is perfect to get relaxed while having a coffee or a cocktail, perhaps. The property is at the center of the village and it has direct neighbours.

The four-storey house features ample rooms that include, among other stays, kitchen, dining room, five dormitories with wardrobe or dressing room, a toilette and four bathrooms, of which three are en-suite. The ground floor is comprised an elegant hall, giving access to different rooms as, for example, a living room with a chimney and TV, a fantastic kitchen equipped with gas hob, a dining room and a toilette. There is washing machine, iron and ironing board as well. On the first floor, there is a second living area with chimney and two dormitories, of which one has double bed, access to the terrace and a bathroom with both bathtub and shower; while the other one is provided with double bed too and a bathtub bathroom. On the second floor, there you will find another double bed bedroom, with dressing room and bathroom with both bathtub and shower. On the third floor, there are two more dormitories, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower that services all the floor. Moreover, in the living room on the ground floor and also in one of the dormitories located on the 1st floor, it can also be prepared a sofa-bed. On the last floor, there is a well-prepared stay that offers an study area and children games. If you travel with babies, we will prepare you up to 2 cots and 2 high chairs. In summer, up to 6 fans will be at your disposal and, in addition to this, in winter the house is equipped with oil central heating.

Set in the centre of Santanyí, the house is close to all important amenities like supermarkets, restaurants and shops. On Wednesday and Saturday, it takes place the traditional regional fruit and vegetable market. After 10 - 15 minutes driving, you can reach to different white fine sand beaches as Es Trenc, Cala Mondragó or Colònia de Sant Jordi. If you fancy strolling and hiking, visit the Natural Park of Mondragó. The nearest golf course, Vall d'Or, is about 15 km from the villa.
