This cosy Mallorcan country house, located on the outskirts of Capdepera, offers accommodation for 3 guests and a beautiful private pool. It is very close to the sea, only 2.3 km away from Cala Agulla.
The garden is, no doubt, the main character of this great finca. The green lawn and the mountain views will make you enjoy your deserved moments of rest, surrounded by nature and joy, specially if you travel with your little ones who will play and run creating unforgettable family moments. Behind this great extension of lawn and trees you reach to see the beautiful marine landscape that you can admire from the porch while enjoying a succulent barbecue. After the delicious meal, the 8 x 4 metres chlorine private pool with a 1 to 2 metres water depth invites to take a cool dip or to bask in the sun on one of the 4 sun loungers around. The property is fenced and it features 7000 m2 with orange trees so that you can enjoy a true orange juice. There are some neighbours in the area although they won't disturb you.
This finca offers two independent buildings, one in front of the other. In the main house we find all the communal rooms, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom, while the other house has another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and the laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
When you enter the main house, you find the living-dining room and the kitchen, both in the same space and with a traditional decoration resembling the pure Mallorcan style. The living area is the perfect place to watch TV (only German satellite channels), listen to your favourite CD or rest on the sofa with a good reading. The dining area, with a wooden table, 6 chairs and a fireplace that you can use in the cold season, leads to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to cook during your stay: gas top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc. A bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, and a bathtub bathroom complete this house. Then, the other little house offers another bedroom also with two twin beds, a wardrobe, space for a cot and a high chair, direct access to the garden and an en-suite bathroom with a tub. Finally, the house features AC in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms.
Capdepera is a very quiet village characterised as a family tourist destination and worth a visit, specially the ancient castle built in the 14th century where a Medieval fair takes place every third Sunday of May. You can also do your daily shopping here since you will find a supermarket as well as some bars and restaurants. In relation to the beaches, the nearest one is Cala Agulla, about 2.3 km away although, as you will be in one of the ends of the island, you will have a variety of beaches and coves, either sandy or rocky, within reach, and we recommend you go to Cala Torta, for example. If you feel like going to a livelier town and enjoy the night life you can head to Cala Ratjada.
