Welcome to this beautiful terraced house in Muro, a small town in the north of the island Mallorca. Make your holidays an unforgettable experience! It has a capacity for 8 people.

This cozy 2-storey house has 350 m2 and is perfect for families and friends! 3 bedrooms are equipped with double bed and bathroom en suite and the fourth one comes with 2 single beds. There are 4 bathrooms in the house, three of them en suite with shower and one with bath tub. All bedrooms have air conditioning and heating.

You feel the welcoming and quiet atmosphere in every room. The living room invites you to sit down on the comfortable sofa and relax. WIFI, air conditioning, heating and satellite TV are available. The adjoining dining area with its spacious, rustic table is the right corner to have a pleasant meal with your friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped: toaster, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dish washer, fridge with freezer, oven and much more. You will find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board in the house.

The exteriors are beautiful: step outside on the spacious terrace and have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax in the garden. The terrace has 30 m2 and is furnished with a table and seats for 8 persons. The lawn area measures more than 40 m2 and invites you to bask in the sun. The private pool measures about 4 x 5 meters. The house is located directly in the town and because of that there are direct neighbors; but the house and its installations are completely private. From the outside, nobody can look at the pool, garden or terrace.

The house is located in Muro, a quiet and traditional town in the north of Mallorca. Its proximity to the centre allows you to get everything you need during your holiday: supermarket, ATM, pharmacy, sports area, bars and some local restaurants. We recommend you to visit the local market, which takes place every Sunday.

In only 15 minutes drive you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Spend a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset. You will find a good Paella restaurant there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included! Apart of this beach area, you may like discovering the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of the municipalities of Alcúdia or Pollença.
