This house for 5 people is equipped with ducted air-conditioning and satellite TV. The house was finished in 2014 in a modern and a Mediterranean style that will make your holiday an unforgettable experience.
There are three double bedrooms. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a double and a bedroom with a bunk bed; both rooms have access to the same en suite bathroom. The lower bed of the bunk bed is only a mattress without slatted frame. All the first floor is an open area with the different sections of the main bedroom of the house: just entering there is a sitting area with balcony equipped with two divans and a TV, on the right side there are the bathroom, the double another balcony with views to the Sailing Club and the sea. On the side of the first floor there is a terrace with a mini bar where you can have a drink with your partner while enjoying the sunset.
The living-dining room, very well decorated, has a dining table with chairs and two comfy sofas, where you will be able to relax watching TV or reading a book. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: dishwasher, toaster, microwave, vitro and a lot more.
The kids will be able to play in the 100 m2 lawn area outdoors, while you have a drink under the furnished porch. From the kitchen you can access to the back terrace, which is equipped with table and chairs, so you can have dinner outside.
Sa Rapita is a beautiful seaside town. Along the coast you will find stunning beaches as Platja de Sa Rapita, Ses Covetes and Es Trenc, well known for its crystalline waters and white sand. In Sa Rapita there are many bars, restaurants, supermarkets and Sailing Club, which has a bar with incredible views.
Sa Ràpita belongs to the municipality of Campos (12 km), where you will many services. There is a fruit and vegetable market every Thursday and another local market with any kind of products every Saturday. Don’t miss them!
If you like cities, you cannot miss a visit to Palma! There you will find lots of services, cultural offer and a great variety of shops. Get lost on the tiny street of the Mediterranean Pearl!

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
