The Mediterranean villa is situated on a beautiful 8,000 square meter property behind Can Furnet, near Ibiza Town.

The property consists of three buildings. You will be renting the two buildings by the pool. Each building has a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. The third building by the parking area is locked and is only for the owner's private use.

Enjoy complete peace and quiet on the spacious sun decks. The "sundeck" has a fantastic barbecue area with a small outdoor kitchen and a fridge. It also has a hot/cold outdoor shower and a toilet.

There is a lovely breakfast terrace in front of the house, shaded by a large baobab tree.

The villa is meticulously furnished with great attention to detail. In the building on the left, as seen from the pool, there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with double sinks, a bathtub, and a shower. There's also a living room with a sofa bed for a maximum of two children and a private terrace. In the building on the right, as seen from the pool, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a sink, and a shower. Additionally, there's a dining/living room, an open American kitchen, and a private terrace.

A separate annex behind the house has a washing machine and a dryer available for your use.

You can also enjoy a fiber optic Wi-Fi connection at the villa.
