This wonderful estate in Alcúdia, in the north of Mallorca, can comfortably accommodate 8 - 10 people.
At the top of a lush green hillside, overlooking the bay of Alcúdia, this cottage rests in a private plot of 8900 m2. This amazing estate features a private, 10 m x 5 m salt water pool with a depth ranging from 1.1 m to 2.2 m. By the pool, you can bask in the sun on one of the six sun loungers while contemplating the beautiful views. Your children will enjoy playing in the spacious garden. This house features several furnished terraces and a porch, where you can finish off the day with a tasty BBQ.

This house offers accommodation on 200 m2 and two floors. There are two buildings on the plot, the main house and the annex.

On the main houses' upper floor, you will find two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom. The latter counts with a bathroom en-suite with bath tub. On the lower floor, there is another double bedroom. Apart of the bathroom en-suite, the main building counts with two more shower bathrooms. In the spacious sitting-dining room you will be able to have a good time with your loved ones, watch satellite-TV or a DVD. The kitchen with vitro hob is fully-equipped and there is a laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The annex has one double bedroom, which is available for a charge and a shower bath.

We can supply fans on request. This amazing property not only welcomes you in summer but also during the winter, as it is fitted with central heating.

The beautiful scenery is probably the main reason you may adore this property. Aloft on a hill in the midst of nature, it overlooks the bay of Alcúdia, and on clear days you can see the Mediterranean on the horizon. Around the house, there are many trails and cycling routes: Coll Baix, Sa Talaia, La Victoria, Serra de Gaballí, to mention only a few. A 10 minutes' drive takes you to Puerto de Alcúdia with shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. During the summer, you can make a lovely boat trip to Cap Formentor.

The old town of Alcúdia with its cobbled streets and interesting monuments is worth visiting. On Sunday and Tuesday takes place the local market, where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, clothes and knick-knacks. The north coast of Alcúdia with lots of unspoilt beaches as Platja des Morer Vermell, Platja Sant Joan and Es Mal Pas is a quiet alternative to the lively beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia and Puerto de Pollensa.
